Shantelle Monique, auteur-compositeur et interprète américaine nous fait découvrir son univers mêlant soul, folk et R&B accompagnée à la guitare par Tomasz Kosminski.
Suite à la sortie de son premier album “Sequoia” en mars 2014, Shantelle se dédie à la composition et à l’exploration de son “son”. Elle croit fermement à la puissance de la musique pour promouvoir la compréhension entre les peuples. L’histoire transposée en mots, rythmes et sensations dans la chanson est centrale dans son travail poly-genre et poly-linguistique.

Shantelle Monique is an american acoustic soul vocalist with a versatile style influenced by Blues, Soul, R&B and other genres. In 2010, Shantelle moved to Paris and has been continuing her musical journey there ever since. She released her debut album “Sequoia” in March 2014. She is dedicated to becoming a better songwriter and vocalist through live shows and collaborations with diverse musicians and producers. She’s an avid believer in the power of music to bridge gaps between people and promote understanding, the story carried in the words, rhythms, and feeling of the song is central to her multi-lingual work.
